Club Team Membership Agreement
This Training Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between All Star Hoops Academy LLC( “Trainer”), and the parent or guardian of the participant (“Client” or “Clients”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
Client agrees that by completing payment the client is enrolling their minor dependent in basketball club team membership and that: (i) the client is responsible for reading the full agreement terms before committing to team membership: (ii) the client enters into a legally binding agreement to purchase basketball training services (iii) the client understands and agrees to the physical nature of training and agrees that their minor dependents are fit for such physical activities and engaging in training services will not cause harm or injury (iv) the client agrees to all terms and conditions defined herein when the client completes the check-out payment process.
Pricing
Club team fees are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. To maintain membership fees must be up to date. Cancellation of recurring membership fees will result in discharge from the team. Changes to billing preferences must be monitored and maintained by the client.
Cancellations & Refunds
Prices are subject to change, are non-negotiable, and non-refundable. All services and packages are non-refundable. Clients may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to vacations or illness. If training the participant can not attend any training session or game the client must notify the trainer as soon as possible. If the trainer decides the weather or other environmental conditions are unsafe to practice or play in, an email will be sent to all members. If rescheduling is needed due to trainer illness or personal emergency notice will be sent via email to all members. No refunds will be issued for any missed dates for any reason.
Liability Release
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Star Hoops Academy LLC and its affiliates, employees, and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to services and/or product(s) Trainor provides to the client and the client's minor dependents.
Marketing & Promotion
The client agrees to receive promotional messages and materials, by mail, email or any other contact form the client may provide.
The client authorizes All Star Hoops Academy LLC to use and to create images, and any reproduction of them in any form in any media whatsoever, for promotional materials, online and other areas of marketability. The client acknowledges that the client and his or her dependents will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of marketing. All Star Hoops Academy LLC exclusively owns all rights to the images created.
