A dedicated coach driven by a lifelong passion for basketball and a commitment to youth development. As a USA Basketball Gold Coach, Frank brings a professional, certified approach to player development.
He was mentored and certified by three-time NBA Champion Assistant Coach Phil Handy of the Dallas Mavericks, whose expertise and training philosophies are a cornerstone of Frank’s coaching. After six years of hands-on experience, Frank founded All Star Hoops Academy to share this high-level knowledge with the youth of Hawaiʻi. His mission is to not only build elite basketball skills but also to empower young athletes with the confidence and life skills needed for future success.
